After completion of your booking, you will have an access to the initial intake form which is a comprehensive questionnaire which helps me to understand more about your overall health. Also, if you have any recent blood test, please send the result to me by at least 1 day before the consultation. Your blood test results will help me better understand the state of your health.
I'm 16 years old, Can I make a booking for the consultation?
Yes, you can. However, patients under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult family member.

I prefer taking some Natural medicine.

Absolutely, NO.
If you have a medical condition and are seeing a doctor, you should never stop taking any medication that your doctor has prescribed without his or her advice.
